KeyCare offers health systems access to a network of virtual care providers working on KeyCare's Epic-based EMR and telehealth platform. This allows KeyCare to improve access for patients across the United States, while keeping their care coordinated with their health system partners. Position Overview:

As a Technical Product Manager at KeyCare, you will be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cutting-edge products and services in the patient-facing healthcare services lines, such as urgent care and primary care. You will leverage your technical expertise, deep knowledge of Microsoft's Azure-based products and development tools, agile methodologies, and AI technologies to drive the success of our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Testing and Requirements Gathering:

• Conduct user and market research to understand the needs and preferences of healthcare providers, patients, and stakeholders.

• Lead concept testing initiatives to validate product ideas and gather valuable feedback.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and actionable product requirements.

2. Product Design and Development:

• Drive the design and development of patient-facing healthcare products and services.

• Utilize your technical background and experience with Microsoft Azure-based products and development stacks to architect scalable and secure solutions.

• Incorporate AI technologies, including chatGPT and Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance user experiences and optimize healthcare services.

3. Agile Project Management:

• Implement agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress.

• Work closely with development teams to prioritize features, manage sprints, and ensure on-time product delivery

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and healthcare experts, to ensure alignment with product goals.

• Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding product vision and priorities.


• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in technical product management, with a focus on healthcare services.

• Strong background in Microsoft's Azure-based products and development tools/stacks.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Familiarity with current AI technology, including chatGPT and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Travel required for key client events and staff retreats- up to 10%
