Eligible on your first pay period, we offer Safe Harbor employer match up to 4% and you are fully vested upon entry into the plan.
We offer up to 100% of pay for 10 weeks (combination of STD/paid leave) and offer 4 weeks at 100% pay to non-birthing parents as well.
