Position Overview:

As a leader with KeyCare's Core EHR team, this role will play a crucial role driving our mission to empower virtual care teams that support, strengthen, and amplify health systems across the US. They will lead telehealth build initiatives, coordinate testing efforts, and address issues that arise alongside application analysts. The Telehealth Solutions Manager will be knowledgeable about the application and KeyCare's policies, procedures, and business operations. The Telehealth Applications Manager will have technical and soft skills to navigate many situations and guide projects and maintenance successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages workflow design, build and testing the system, and analyzes other technical issues associated with Epic software.  
  • Identifies and implements requested changes to the system.
  • Works with KeyCare's internal teams, Epic representatives, and clinical end users to ensure the system meets KeyCare's business needs on time and with high quality.  
  • Serves as a liaison between end users' workflow needs, Epic implementation & TS staff. Maintains regular communication with Epic representatives, including participating in weekly team meetings.
  • Engages with project stakeholders, leadership, technical and product teams, external vendors, and customer success to coordinate activities.
  • Develops an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for KeyCare's workflows by participating in scope meetings and other integrated sessions.
  • Assist the training team to produce training materials and works with end users.
  • Reviews the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
  • Attends project meetings to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, and upcoming milestones.  
  • Manages direct reports on our Core EHR team, supporting team members in everyday work, reinforcing KeyCare’s Key Behaviors, and building a collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Epic-related experience (Roles like analyst, implementation, technical services, training quality assurance, project manager.)
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea, concept, or issue from as many angles as possible.  
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability and willingness to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed.
  • The ability and willingness to learn new software and system.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification  
  • MyChart or Care Everywhere Certification
  • 3 years experience with Epic as an analyst, or similar role
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability with respect to changing end-user business needs
