KeyCare offers health systems access to a network of virtual care providers working on KeyCare's Epic-based EMR and telehealth platform. This allows KeyCare to improve access for patients across the United States, while keeping their care coordinated with their health system partners. Health systems can start with nationwide virtual on-demand urgent care coverage (24x7, 50-state coverage), and then may add other virtual health services based on their needs. Position Overview:

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of KeyCare’s telehealth platform specialty offerings (e.g. Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, etc.). This product management role requires a unique blend of operational and business savvy, big-picture strategy and the drive to execute on that strategy to expand KeyCare’s virtual platform specialty products. This position needs to evaluate KeyCare’s core capabilities against market needs to improve our competitive position, drive customer value and accelerate growth. This role will also partner with other teams at KeyCare to ensure overall client and business success in our platform specialty offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns coordination with R&D to ensure product roadmap coordination and execution.

• Accountable for product performance and quality standards that directly impact financial performance. Connects financial targets to long-term strategy in product planning.

• Takes ownership of coordination with and alignment with Marketing and Sales organizations to ensure optimal Go-To-Market.

• Owns continual gathering of market insights, competitive analysis, and new market/product opportunity analyses.

• Anticipates product needs per long term product plans.

• Vision is forward-thinking and based upon current market needs, industry trends and competitive analysis.

• Build scalable solutions for workflows using technology.

• Documents product operations from product vision to execution in a manner that facilitates rapid implementation and product launches. Validates the high-level product fits the market needs.

• Helps source early adopter clients and work with them to deliver, document, and communicate proven ROIs.

• Works with potential and existing Virtualist partners to ensure the partners are fully leveraging KeyCare’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in product management

• 3+ years of experience working with health systems and / or Epic EHR

• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Recommended: Experience with clinical specialties such as Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Neurology, etc.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10%
